I understand that participation in the event “Stepping for a Purpose” for the Joel Arthur Cousin Foundation may involve physical activities, including stepping, walking, marching, and related activities. I acknowledge that participation in this event may involve risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, physical injury, fatigue, or other unforeseen incidents. By signing this waiver, I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation and release and discharge the Joel Arthur Cousin Foundation, event organizers, volunteers, sponsors, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, damages, or causes of action arising from my participation in this event. I certify that I am physically able to participate and accept responsibility for any medical expenses that may result from participation. I also grant permission for photographs or videos taken during the event to be used for promotional or educational purposes.
